Description:

Hauora provides an effective solution for monitoring health and fitness metrics directly from your home screen. The app allows users to create and customize widgets to display precisely the information relevant to their wellness journey. Users can aggregate data from various health and fitness applications, enabling them to track daily steps or weekly sugar intake, among other metrics. Notably, Hauora supports over 50 distinct health categories.

The customization options offered are extensive and include:

 <li>Name</li>
 <li>Data source</li>
 <li>Sampling interval</li>
 <li>Sampling frequency</li>
 <li>Goals</li>
 <li>Colors</li>
</ul>

Hauora currently features two types of widgets: Goal and Graph.

Goal Widget: This widget helps users monitor their progress toward specific goals they have set. It aggregates data over a designated time frame and presents the information through a ring graph. For instance, users aiming for a daily target of 10,000 steps or a weekly goal of burning 1,000 kilocalories through cycling can visualize their achievements effectively. The Goal Widget is available in a compact size.

Graph Widget: The Graph Widget offers a more comprehensive view of user progress, displaying historical performance through graphical representations. This allows for detailed tracking of activities, such as daily cycling distances over the past week. The Graph Widget is available in a medium size.

Note: The free version of Hauora allows for only one widget at a time. Users who wish to utilize additional widgets can do so through in-app purchases.
